PROGRESSION

Make your next upgrade count

Build a useful small pool before spreading your resources.

01

Start with a job you actually need

Make a shortlist of the modes you play most. Look for an upgrade that fills a missing role in those modes. A brawler you rarely use should not take priority simply because it is rare.

02

Keep a small, varied pool

A reliable ranged option, a control option, and a comfortable close-range or support option give you more flexibility than several characters that need the same kind of map. The exact pool depends on what you own and enjoy.

03

Compare the full investment

Check your current level, available resources, and the in-game cost of useful abilities before spending. Prices and progression systems can change, so use the game’s upgrade screen as the final reference.

04

Avoid chasing every balance change

An upgrade is more valuable if you will keep playing the character. Learn its core mechanics and review recent official changes before spending heavily. A short-lived recommendation is not a guarantee of future strength.

Your next-match checklist

Prioritize a brawler you enjoy, use often, and need in your current pool.
